To make things easy… we send from two countries: The Netherlands and from the United Kingdom. I (Karin) live in two countries. My colleague Frieda sends your desired pieces from the Netherlands, and while new additions to our collection are still in the UK (pre-shipping to the Netherlands), I’ll send out from here to you.

You can make a reservation for an item by sending an Email, please mention the article you would like to purchase, together with the published price. I will place “Reserved” on the site and will keep it reserved for you for 7 days. Within this time period, I have informed you about the costs of sending your article to your country. If I haven’t heard from you during these 7 days as where to send the package to and an answer to our sending and paying arrangements, I’ll have to remove your reservation.

We have sent out pieces from our collection to many, many clients. We have had one breakage thus far… (fingers crossed & knock on wood that never ever happens again). We do our utmost best to keep the quality of transport high ànd pray for considerate post men and women…
